Hi

I just wondered if anybody knew how long i would have to wait for a esa85 medical report form,i made a subject access request on 18th of feb had no reply as of yet i even made sure i sent the letter signed for so i knew it got there on the 18th still haven't heard anything

If you made a SAR for the information then this needs to be processed in 40 calendar days, so I would call the DWP for an update.

Is there any reason that you went down the SAR route, a call to the DWP usually result in the ESA85 being sent in about a week!
