Hi Gordon just a quick up date I attended the Citizens Advice bureau this morning and they have booked me an appointment to see someone in 2 weeks at my surgery as they don't deal with the appeals form there.

So that is just over a week before the deadline to get my appeal in so it should be fine. Please can you confirm that the SSCS1 is the correct form to fill in for the ESA appeal?

Thanks,

John.

Hi again Gordon I am due see my GP in a couple of weeks do you think it is worth asking for an MRI scan and can this be used as evidence at my tribunal?

Cheers,

John.

This is really a matter to discuss with your GP! It may be supportive of your limitations, but most Tribunals operate without this level of information and reach the right Decision.
