ESA50 last three questions was created by Wendy Beth
Hi.....I'm new to this so please be patient with me.....regarding taking the test ESA50 Form on here I don't understand the last three questions......ie: it would be damaging to myself and others if not put in Work Related Assessment Group......answer yes or no.....I suffer from severe anxiety, depression, OCD.....I started getting DLA in 2008 and then in 2012 had an asos test which then stopped DLA.....due to me being mixed up with someone else......I was then put in WRAG and had Tribunal January 2014 they chose to keep me in WRAG even though I could hardly leave the house and had lots of backup information with me. Any help with the questions I don't understand would be much appreciated......do I put Yes or No.....??????

The test is asking whether there is a substantial risk of harm to you or other if you are not placed in Support Group, you need to decide whether this is the case or not for you and answer appropriately.
