Three years ago I was awarded 15 pts and placed in WRAG at a Tribunal after DM had awarded 0 pts. About 18 mths later I applied for supersession as my condition was worsening. I was given a new assessement which then awarded me 0 points despite evidence that my condition had deteriorated since the date of the Tribunal which had seen fit to award the 15 pts. I will now appeal again but the system is wearing me down. I struggle with a lot of pain every day and to have to continually fight in this manner is soul destroying . Mentally it is hard work to put a case together when you feel rough and are on strong paIinkillers. I am sure I am not alone.........

Have a look at the ESA Claim guides which explain the criteria you need to meet for the WRAG and the Support Group.

That's the same as me, I have Osteoarthritis of the Spine, Neck, Arms, Hips, Elbows, Wrists, Hands, Knees and in my Feet it spread all over they scored me 0 Points last year but I've had Depression for years (lost count how many times I've tried to commit Suicide) plus Anxiety and Agoraphobia and Bladder problems and still I scored 0 Points I done a Mandatory Reconsideration which I found really Stressful so then I scored I think it was 15 Points and they put me in the WRAG Group I had been ill for some time with my Chest and Breathing problems, I done a Spirometer Test at my Doctors and went back for the Results and was told I had COPD and put on Inhalers but then I started Coughing up Blood and had a CT Scan and they found 2 small Scars/Nodules on my 1 Lung and got diagnosed with Chronic Bronchitis by a Specialist so I told ESA I sent all the proof in and they made me do another Assessment I scored 0 Points the Assessor "Lied" which I was really "Shocked" as she told me she was a Nurse but I can prove she lied, they have now Kicked me off ESA totally!
If your going to any Assessment take someone with you as a "Witness" and also "Record" it, I wish I did now but I did not think I needed too but I'm not the Brightest Sparkler in the Packet because I find it hard to think straight with the Depression and I also have Dyslexia so I finds it hard to put over what I'm thinking etc thank god for Speech to Text.
