I had to go HM Courts & Tribunals Service yesterday. for the mobility as the nurse said that he could walk a hundred meters and also said that he can not walk no more they 50 meter. He is going to withdraw from it as he felt as they was blackmail him and threaten him as they said he had to go away and think about this Tribunal as they said, they could stop all of is claim or t he could let him have it for a year or he can still keep is money. he has to go back in 2 months if he go though with the Tribunal.

It sounds as if "he" received a warning from the Judge that if went forward with his appeal they may decide to remove his existing award. This happens where the Tribunal panel do not believe, based on the evidence presented, that an existing award is justified.

We cannot advise on whether to continue with the appeal or not, their best bet is to get face to face advice from someone with experience of Tribunals who can then look at all of their papers. Do an internet search for "welfare advice" with his his postcode, town or county.
