Due to sickness, holiday and other commitments we are running with only one or two Moderators at the moment. The extra work involved in covering this situation is not sustainable and is already having an affect on the health of those Moderators still available.

Please take time to see if your post is actually needed, something like 75% of the posts that we receive are actually answered by looking at the claim guides.
