Esa support with no medical

Thanks to B&H I have just received notice after a 5 week wait that I have been placed on to the support group without need for a face to face Thanks for the 1st class guidance

omg ......how did you do that .....I have a mental health prob and cannot face another medical ....so you filled in the form and used the guidelines on this site ? I need to be able to do this but not very confident ,,,,any advise/tips appreciated .
