hi guys. I am moving to a new flat in a different area next month. When I inform dwp is there any chance that they will view this as a 'change of circumstances' and reassess? I am received pip and contribution-based ESA at the moment and my partner gets carers allowance for me ?

I would not expect it to.

Make sure you notify both the ESA and PIP departments in writing of the change of address, you might want to think about having your post forwarded for a few months as we have had several members have problems following a move.
