Hi
I'm just completing an initial ESA claim form and I'm not sure what to put in section 21.
Is it asking for a full account of the illness, it's not clear at all .
Can anyone help ?
I thought you added all those details in the capability assessment .

Not at all sure what you mean by section 21 - I've just looked through the form again and can't find where you're at. What exactly does the question say please, then we might b able to help

Hi Shelam
The form is ESA1 the bit I'm not sure about is part 21 Other information.
Am I required to write a full account of the reason for my application , it doesn't say so but I'm not sure. There is not much space and its not clear if that is what is required.

You don't need to go into detail about your illnesses on the ESA1, on it has been decided that you are entitled to ESA, you will be sent an ESA50 to complete where you can explain about your limitations.
