What happens when you need to re-apply for PIP?

Well, I have posted off my PIP application this morning (via tracked delivery with thanks to your advice) and I feel almost like celebrating! I know this is only the beginning as I will now have to wait for an assessment date and then await on my decision but at least the form filling is over! Phew! I am currently on DLA Care middle and Mobility lower so hopefully I will get something as my conditions have worsened since applying for DLA. Fingers crosssed and thank you again for all your help!
