I'm afraid we do not advise on IIDB, but the principles of an appeal are little different even though it's a different benefit.

Your primary task is to show you meet the criteria for an award and then for a particular level of award.

I assume you had an assessment, you should have a copy of the report in your appeal pack from the DWP, go through this to see why the award you think you deserve has not been made and show that you by referencing your medical evidence.
