I'm afraid PIP Decision are taking in excess of 8 weeks at the moment.
Decision / Case Managers usually follow the recommendation of the assessor but the Decision is theirs to make and we do see members receive less points than those recommended but we also see more point s allocated on occasion as well.
Given you only need 12 points for a Enhanced Daily Living Award it would seem unlikely that they will mark you down significantly from the 35 points. Mobility may be more of an issue and may depend on why you have been scored the 12 points, it's more likely that the DM will leave it alone if all of the points come from one of the two PIP Mobility activities than if they have been scored across both.
