Hello Calmey

If you look at the sidebar, go to the heading Members only Guides; Click on it
Then go to PIP
Then PIP resources
Guide to Claiming PIP
Download the form - it is complete, I've just checked it!

Hello I just want to ask for advice please, I already send my PIP2 Form reassessment and I include my medical evidences but I did not include a letter from my GP. Shall I ask a letter from my GP and send it as additional evidence? Thanks

Hi Calmey,

I have merged your query with the previous topic relating to your PIP claim. It helps us enormously when everything about the same claim is kept in one place - and I hope you will find it useful too. You will find it easily in future if you bookmark/favourite this on your web browser now :)

If you have extra evidence to support your claim you have several options - You can send it in to ATOS/Capita +/- DWP now or you can take a copy with you to your face2face assessment and ask that it is read before the process starts.

The first option has the advantage of possibly helping decide your claim without needing a face2face appointment. The second option could be helpful if your face2face is imminent.

Sending Documents to the DWP or ATOS

Whatever you decide, don't forget to keep a copy of the letter for your own records.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
