I sent the forms back for esa reassessment 4 weeks ago by registered post still have not heard anything how long is the waiting time on average

I'm afraid the ESA system seems to be slowing down again now that reassessments have started again!
We have members who are still awaiting assessment 12 months into their claims, although that is extreme!
I am 'lucky' enough to have been reassessed twice already this year. The first time round a decision was made, without a face2face, within a few weeks. This time I have still not heard anything 2 months after submitting my ESA50.
Your ESA will continue in payment until a decision is made (I am assuming that you are not in contributory WRAG otherwise payment would already have stopped).

My latest reassessment has taken 11 weeks to get a decision.Thankfully it was the support group ,no F2F
