Yes, you are allowed to have a copy of your assessment. I don't know whether you simply asked the personal conducting your f2f for a copy or whether you phoned the DWP and asked? If you phoned the DWP, it is, I think a good idea to also send a written request in case your telephone call is 'lost'.
Perhaps if you telephone again but this time take the name of the person you speak with, and when you send your follow-up letter, you give this person's name to back up your request.
