newcastle pip parking and blue badge information

hi having my medical tomorrow, have been told by local council blue badge can be used anywhere and can be used where it says 1 hour parking so you can park outside the centre, has anyone experienced this pip centre? perhaps we can be posting locations on site to help each other, anyone got information on attitude at this location? I will post a review after to help others might be a few days though pretty exhausted at moment with worry will overdo exercise or movement typical of us polio survivors we push and push now we knackered and knackered even more!
