Good afternoon all
Just in case anyone was following 'my journey' I am pleased to say after my appeal tribunal which I found nerve wracking, I was awarded PIP standard care.
To anyone else who is nervous about a tribunal, all I can say is the tribunal panel
did not once, question the validity of my disabilities, their probing questions were about accurately assessing which PIP descriptor I met.

My migration timeline was as follows:
Sept 15 PIP 'invitation"
Dec 15 PIP refusal
Jan 16 MR submitted
Mar 16 MR failed
Mar 16 Appeal submitted
Jun 16 Appeal tribunal
