Lost my appeal for ESA?

I appealed originally due to getting 0 points, even though I have crohns disease.

The outcome at the end of the appeal was that I was awarded 6 points but not get any payments and hadn't had any since August 2015.

They claimed I was fit for work even though my GP had issued me with my sick note confirming I was not well enough to return to work.

As I am married I cannot get any benefits at all which I think is very unfair considering I have worked for 30 years up until the year before last.

Has anyone got any advice that may help me please?
