My advocate did ask me a couple at the end, but I answered badly because my brain couldn't function by then.
Can I reapply for PIP if my condition is still the same or only if it's got worse?
Really sorry to hear this.
You have two options, you can ask for the Statement of Reasons from the Judge of your hearing, you cannot appeal because of the Decision that they made but if you can show that there was an Error of Law in it's making then you may be able to take it further.
Tribunals – Requesting a Statement of Reasons What is an Error of Law? It's worth doing this anyway to see where the panel thought you failed.

You can make a new claim for PIP on Monday if you want, there is no waiting period and you do not need to have changed conditions.
