Hi - i recently phoned up DWP to inform them about a change to my direct debit details as i was changing banks, then 2 days later i received the dreaded reassesment form, surely they can't do that can they? i may have to tell them about a change of address in 3 months time, will they send another form out then as well. Can anyone help?

Hi Nigel,

Notifying change of bank, or address, should not trigger reassessment! Which benefit is involved? When were you expecting to be reassessed?
