This is from early 2013 and was in regard the consultative documents prior to PIP being implemented and was never actioned!!!

Thank you Gordon! It had concerned me that it was from 2013. I'm finding it difficult to find accurate and up to date information, especially when I'm so limited in my time online. I find I'm having to read all these things in such a hurry so as to not set off migraines and exhaustion, that in not taking it In properly.
