ESA form waiting was created by freude
Hi. 2 years ago I was due a new ESA assessment. I never received any form to fill in and called the office after 2 months. I was told that my claim had been extended until July 2016. I'm now awaiting for a ESA form, and again nothing has arrived yet. I feel nervous waiting, worrying it might have got lost in the post. And I wonder whether I should call them to enquire or just let it go. I would like to know where I am at. The not knowing is always at the back of my mind.
Thank you very much.

The easiest way to check is for you to call Maximus as they are the ones that issue the ESA50.
