Removed from the support group after a HCP was created by CHYGREEN
I was removed from the Support Group after being sent 2 letters on 04May 2016 one letter said I was in the Support Group, The other (dated) same Day the other totally contradicts and says I am in the WRAG but I received no document signed by any one only a Memo handwritten stating that an error had been made and I was to take the apparent decision of WRAG and not the one relating to ESA Support Group.
The memo of advice was not signed and arrived after the specified period for a Mandatory Reconsideration, The Document supplied has no Name or Signatory of the Decision by the unknown D.M.
I asked for a SAR within the time limit in order to ascertain the procedure followed as I believe it is a con to confuse claimant's
Any help would be appreciated

Decision Letters are "signed" on behalf of the Secretary of State.
You appear to have requested a Mandatory Reconsideration in regard the WRAG award, forgive me but it's not clear whether you have received a decision on this yet.
If you have and the original Decision remains unchanged the your next option is to request an appeal. If this is something that you want to do then have a look at our ESA Appeal guide.
