PIP

I received a phone call from DWP today telling me that the HP recommended a standard for daily living and the person from DWP asked me also if my condition for daily living deteriorated since my first PIP assessment and that was 2014, I said yes. And he asked me also if my mobility deteriorated since 2014, I also said yes. He asked me to explain how is the deterioration on both daily living and mobility. I just explained in seconds because as if he was in a hurry. I think he wants to know if I deteriorated since my first PIP face to face assessment last 2014. He told me that he will send a form for me to fill in my details. What do you think is the meaning of this? Are they asking for more evidence? Please help, thank you.
