Have received confirmation from HMCS that appeal is in time etc.
When do I submit evidence that I want the panel to consider?
I submitted the appeal addressing the DWP's errors in judgement at the time of submitting the appeal.
thanks!

Now that your appeal has been accepted, HMCTS will contact the DWP to prepare and submit their own case, you will receive a copy of this and you can then submit your own case in reply. I wouldn't wait for the DWP "bundle" to arrive before you start preparing your submission, but you need to see what they have written before you complete it.

Replied by lochlisa on topic APPEAL WON!
Paper only appeal heard within 3 weeks of submission, DWP decision overturned and EMP's report not considered accurate.
It was a White envelope this time, and I was not expecting it to be so quick!
Thanks to this site I managed to get through the mountains of paperwork to get this result.
Keep going everyone, don't let the system get you down!

Very well done.
It usually takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to process a Tribunal result, I would give them a call next week to confirm that they have received the Decision Letter.
