PIP Mobility - Planning and following Journeys

Looking at the point scoring it appears that you will be awarded 12 points (1(f) if you need another person to assist with this activity, regardless of whether you have psychological or anxiety problems. Am I understanding this correctly ?

I do not have psychological problems, but due to my physical disabilities I am unable to drive at all and my wife drives me everywhere, even though technically I can plan and navigate even an unfamiliar route, I just can't drive myself there !

I have not seen physical disabilities mentioned anywhere within the descriptors for this activity, just psychological distress etc. I have my face to face next Wednesday and I am starting to worry about the Mobility part now.

Am I misunderstanding something ? Thanks for any help.
