There are still delays in some areas of the country in the assessment process, all I can suggest is that you contact Maximus for an update.

Today i received a letter from DWP in bold saying ''YOUR CLAIM FOR EMPLOYMENT AND SUPPORT ALLOWANCE'' then underneath ''ACHANGE IN THE EMPLOYMENT AND SUPPORT ALLOWANCE RATE PAYABLE'' The letter then went on to say they have looked at my claim again following a 'recent change' and that i have been 'placed in the work related activity group', then stating how much i would receive from 8 November 2016.
This is the first contact i have had since August after the doctor sent off his report.
Does this mean i have been placed in WRAG again without a medical? Or is this some sort of generic letter.
Thanks

It could be but we have seen other members receive similar letters when no award had been made, I'm afraid the only way to know for sure is for you to contact the DWP and ask.
