Hello again folks, I have a question please. I am claiming ESA because of long term sickness ( was transferred ages ago from Incapacity benefit) My wife works part time up to a MAXIMUM of 24 hours a week. Is there a MINIMUM amount of hours she must work to satisfy conditions? I mean, must she be working at least 8 hours or something before it means she has to sign on ? Thanks again

Your wife is not required to work due to your ESA claim, there is no requirement for her to sign on.
