Not happy with the result of my latest PIP award I asked for a reconsideration and told the DWP I would be sending some additional information some of which is a bone scan & MRI, the Hospital only produce this information on CD Rom so I pop this and the extra paperwork in the post last week.
Today the postman knocks with a special delivery... the DWP have returned my NHS CD Rom with a letter asking for the information on A4 paper that they can scan it in or alternatively can I give it to an assessor, just tried to explain to the call fielder at the DWP that the CD Rom contains hundreds of images so the silly paper copy suggestion is just a little impractical, says all she can do is make a note on their system that I called and explained the issue. I did try to give the CD Rom to the assessor at the PIP interview but she categorically stated that she could (would?) not take any additional information from me then and there.
Has anyone else come across this problem?, if so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
