Forgive me, but I'm not sure why this is an issue
They make reference to you being unable to complete most of the activities because of pain on most comments that you have poste; "because of back and neck pain", "it was too painful", "He was in too much pain", etc.
Whether it was severe pain or not is not something I can comment on, but it doesn't have to be severe pain it just has to be pain sufficient to limit the activity that you are being requested to do.
