Hi guys, got a question about the warmer home discount scheme which nobody can seem to answer. I get CB Esa with ir top up of sever disability premium and I'm also in receipt of pip. But no one can tell me if I can apply as I'm not getting income related Esa. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

If you are getting "ir top up of sever disability premium" then you are receiving ESA(IR) :)
