PIP question 3 managing therapy, help

My son has speech therapy, physio and occupational therapy every week, the question mentions in the "domestic setting" I continue the recommended programme activities at home and he uses a few aids including a communication aid. Do I put all this within this section. He is constantly supervised and monitored to ensure his safety and regulate his behaviour. The advice in this section seems to relate more to physical disability and I just wasn't sure how to complete it does this cover the same information I put in the therapy part of his DLA form? Thanks in advance
