Hi
Thanks for the help and the information I had my tribunal today and was awarded enhanced care and standard mobility.
I know deep can appeal this decision does that happen often? If they do what happens and if they don't how long does it normally take for them to pay back pay and set up regular payment
Thanks
Ellen

Brilliant, very pleased for you.
Tribunal Decision usually take 5-8 weeks to be processed, I would ring them in them in the middle of next week to confirm that the have received the Decision Notice from the TS.
Challenges to the Decision by the DWP are rare, the first stage to the process is that they will request a Statement of Reasons from the Judge of your hearing.
