Well, assessment is over

Thanks heavens it is over.

I was in there an hour and a quarter. The assessor was ok. Cool in manner but ok. She allowed me my advocate and hubby in wit me. She basically asked me questions regarding all the descriptors and I answered all of them. The thing is, I think I have painted things TOO bleak. I was worked up, I was agitated and that is what happens with me.....everything looks bleak. Then she asked me what change I would get out of a pound if I spent 75p......I genuinely couldn't think. I know the answer....of course I do but I had a blank! She will never believe that..
I was VERY agitated. I had to keep on gettingup and down, drinking water, leaving to go to the toilet.

I'm sorry it was so difficult for you hh As you say, at least it is over now.

So glad you got through it all, HippyHappy. If it's any consolation, when my sister had her assessment, she was so agitated she could only just answer the questions but her claim was successful. Fingers crossed for you and no matter what, pat yourself on the back for surviving.
