hello. do the dwp still phone you up after they send out the esa form, to make sure that you have received it, so you can't claim that you haven't. I haven't received an esa questionnaire to fill in since my last medical in 2012, and I haven't received an pip questionnaire at all yet. thank you

No, you should not expect to be contacted to say that the ESA50 form has been sent (or to check that it has arrived).
