severe disability premium and back dating

Hi

My mother gets income based ESA with this she gets:
The carer premium - for looking after me
Disability income guarantee
And maybe a disability premium of £15

I know she does not get severe disability premium.

Because I get DLA - MRC HRM, would she be entitled to SDP since me being the non dependant would be in recipt of a qualifying benefit?

She has had an award of PIP Standard daily living since Jan 2014 (which came about as a successful appeal).

Could it be back dated if entitled?
