My full name is showing, how can I stop it? We are seeing a lot these at the moment, you may have been picked at random or it could be an anomaly has been picked up, usually with your bank accounts.
If you would struggle to attend at their offices you can ask for a home visit and some members have been able to carry out the interview over the phone, you can have someone with you and I would recommend that you do if only for moral support.
