Before joining this site, I visited the benefitsanswers.co.uk site, and used their 'text your question' service. Since then I've read about them on this website and am now in a panic. All I did was text a question, but my head is spinning with worry now. Are they somehow going to take my money? What about them having my phone number, will they pass on details of my enquiry to anyone else? It does say confidential but I'm worried all the same. If all I did was text a question am I safe? Please help, I feel ill having read about them now.

I wouldn't worry, even if they ask you to pay for some advice, you do not have to pay them unless you want to, they can't take any action to make you pay them.

Unless you authorised them to share your details with a third party then they cannot do this.
