Hi,

In an earlier post it was confirmed that as I was 65 years of age on 08/04/13, I should not be invited to claim PIP, and should remain on DLA as long as I continue to fulfil the DLA qualifying criteria, and I can confirm that was the case.

When my wife claims her full old age pension I will be 74 years old, will this be classed as a Change of Circumstances for me and that I will be then be invited to claim PIP.

No, you are not eligible to claim PIP!
