My husband was on high rate mobility and middle rate care on dla,and recently was awarded high rate on both on pip ,what I'm wondering is he due any back pay from when he applied for pip as he continued to get dla while waiting for the pip decision ...

I'm afraid, as he was in receipt of DLA there will be no back dating of the higher award which will only apply from the date that his PIP award was made.
