I have just been put in the Work-Related Activity Group. Can I get copies of the evidence that was used to make the decision? If so, who do I request them from & how should I go about it?

Yes, there should be an ESA85 assessment report if you had a face to face or an ESA85A if you did not, there may also be an LT54 which explains how the Decision Maker came to their conclusion. You can write or phone the DWP office that deals with your claim.
