How long can DLA be suspended ?

Interview under caution after an anonymous call to them I was better.
Had nervousness breakdown in interview and harmed self and took overdose.
Police took me to hospital after refusal to go in ambulance.
Was required to go into mental health unit but could not due to no persons able to take care of my two children.

Letter from DWP fraud stating there would be no legal action taken against me and that the investigation was closed. I had done nothing wrong.
Also that it still needed to go to a decision maker to see if there was an overpayment.
Though there was no evidence of fraud on a criminal prosecution status.

My argument is that I'm more unwell than I was when I first claimed DLA . I received high rate mobility and care indefinitely .
Also that been a lone parent with two disabled children that I have no choice but to do things even when I'm in agony to provide the care my boys require , failing to do so would make safeguarding issues for my children.
I always over medicate to provide pain relief after I have taken care of my boys.
My needs alway come second to theirs.

It has now been 17 weeks since case closed and I have lost my motability car 3 months ago, which was my life line.

All I am told is that it's with a decision maker.

Is there not a time scale to my DLA been suspended ?

Hi, I did not enter the mental health unit. I was just admitted to normal hospital for two days due to my overdose.I was unable to go into the mhu because there was no one to take care of my children.
The overdose was a result of the interview under caution.!
