ESA tribunial was created by TracyAll
Hi there. I'm really struggling to get the relevant information for my Tribunal appeal. After going through the same problem last year, we nearly lost out house and my mental health became a huge issue due to the stress. It didn't go as far as the Tribunal last time, my mandatory consideration was accepted on the previous episode. Considering my back consideration is degenerative, I can't understand the logic of this at all. I have just been signed off by the doc due to stress and anxiety because of having to go through all this process again and the possibility of being threatened with eviction.
I do have a part time job which is within my capabilities, working for a stroke victim who is in a wheelchair. I got zero points on my medical although I fall regularly and my daughter has to help with the housework and other daily tasks. How can they accept it the first time but not the second time with a degenerative condition? Is this relevant to my appeal?

ESA has very specific criteria that you need to show that you meet for an award to be made, I'm afraid your working for as a carer will have likely counted against you.
I would start by going through your ESA50, the assessment report and our ESA Claim guides to make sure that you have shown that you meet the criteria to score points, if you haven't then this would be the basis of your submission to the tribunal.
Do you know what Descriptors you met when the DWP revised the Decision last time?
