Managing therapy

The decision maker has said it is not relevant as not supplied by a healthcare professional, I included a hospital letter with it from the department supplied. I still only managed to be awarded 1 point for managing therapy. ☹️
My question is, has anyone else had problems with their health monitoring equipment being dismissed?
I wouldn't mind, but I did not get it from toys r me shop!!

There are a couple of legal definitions that might be relevant
“Manage medication or therapy” means take medication or undertake therapy, where a failure to do so is likely to result in a deterioration in your health.
“Therapy” means therapy to be undertaken at home which is prescribed or recommended by a—
(a) registered –
(i) doctor;
(ii) nurse; or
(iii) pharmacist; or
(b) health professional regulated by the Health Professions Council.

I am also on a multitude of medication which includes morphine patches and takes ages to prepare and take many times a day to keep me well.
Thank you
