Does anyone know if I can exercise my right under The Freedom of Information Request Act
to get Capita to send me all the papers they hold on me regarding my pips claim.
Has anyone else done this and been successful or not ?

Two points
FOIs are for general information it would be a Subject Access Request for personal information.
Capita do not hold claimants information, only the DWP do this,
