ESA confusion

Hi and thanks all for your responses,

I spoke to DWP yesterday and the lady said that as the decision was made on the 18/8, that ought to be when the 30 days would start from but as i told her that i wasn't informed until the 20/9 and therefore would have had no chance to get a reconsideration in on time, she said she would note this on the system.I did request for an updated letter to be sent stating that i am actually in the WRAG and not the SG as previously informed.

In the meantime, I am due to meet my work-coach tomorrow which is a sickening thought and feels like having to do a WCA again. I just called to request the interview over the phone instead but was told that the first one needs to be f2f for 'security reasons'.
