I have received the ESA85 today but its dated from 2013 at her previous assessment, with an additional sheet headed "Decisions - claims, revisions, suppressions". Is this normal or have they made an error?

If you asked for the latest assessment report, then yes this is an error, I would phone them again.

If you asked for the latest assessment report, then yes this is an error, I would phone them again.

Sorry Gordon I should of added that the additional sheet is related to her latest assessment..

The ESA85 is a multi page document so if it is one sheet it is not the report you need.

Ok, the assessment report we received is 28 pages long but seems like it is for the previous one. I'm know worried time is running out.. MR has to be in within 2 weeks.
