Why if you have been through the appeal system for DLA and Motability and the court found in your favour do you have to go throughout it all again? Can you get a transcript of notes from the court on their decision. Regards

Was the award for a fixed term or have you ben invited to claim PIP?
You can only request the details of your Tribunal if you intend to further appeal the Decision and the request must be made with one month of the hearing.
