Hi, I have received a renewal PIP form exactly 1 year earlier than it should be? With the 10th of October as a return date or have my PIP stopped. Can they do this?

I'm afraid most PIP Claims are being reassessed a year in advance of the current award ending, the PIP legislation allows the DWP to reassess at any time and for any reason.
