I know that when HM Courts & Appeals send out the letter dismissing PIP claims, they state that you have to write to them within 1 month requesting a Statement of Reasons as to why your claim has been dismissed, but what they do not mention in the paperwork (and something I only found out yesterday), is that you can also request the Record of Proceedings at the same time, which is the Tribunal's notes of what happened during the proceedings. It may help you establish the grounds for appeal. The more ionformation the better to fight your claim!
