I know that when HM Courts & Appeals send out the letter dismissing PIP claims, they state that you have to write to them within 1 month requesting a Statement of Reasons as to why your claim has been dismissed, but what they do not mention in the paperwork (and something I only found out yesterday), is that you can also request the Record of Proceedings at the same time, which is the Tribunal's notes of what happened during the proceedings.
